FAQs

How Can I Find Your Store?

Just across the road from Riverlink. If you’re coming from Ipswich, cross the bridge and go straight through the roundabout, then we’re just on your left. If you’re coming from the Brassall/Tivoli direction, head down Downs St and turn left at the Jets Leagues club and turn right just before the little roundabout.

Alternatively, click here for maps and directions.

What Happened to Your Raceview Store?

On the 6th of September we sold the Raceview store to give Tracey a better work/life balance. She still works at North Ipswich for a few hours on most Tuesdays, Friday and Saturdays if you would like to come down and say hello 😀

Do I need a Credit Card to Order Online?

No, we understand that not everyone wants to pay online. You are definitely able to order online and pay when you collect or when your meal is delivered. We do of course accept online payments though if you would prefer.

Can I order via other Delivery Partners?

The store offers delivery via Uber Eats, Door Dash, and Menulog. Through these partners, we can cover most of Ipswich so head to your favourite delivery partner and search for Pizza Plus.

Do you have Vegan Pizzas?

We would love to have a vegan option on our menu. Unfortunately, we have tried multiple brands of Vegan Cheese and have not been able to make a pizza that lives up to the standards that we all expect from Pizza Plus. If you have your own cheese that you would like to bring in, please absolutely feel free, we’re more than happy to add it to your pizza.

Please keep in mind that while we take all precautions, clean gloves, clean make equipment and clean knives, we cannot guarantee your pizza will be completely meat/dairy free.

Do you keep credit card details on file?

For privacy and security reasons we don’t keep your details. Once your payment is processed your details are destroyed. Our online ordering system may keep them if you wish but they are a separate entity from us and we cannot access that information.

Do you offer different thicknesses?

Our most popular size is the large base. So we do offer three thicknesses, Thin, Mid and Deep Pan. We also have 2 other “premium”, “Edge” $3.50 extra and “Ultra Cheesy Upgrade” $4.00. For the Regular and Family sizes, we just have the Mid base thickness.

Is there a delivery minimum?

Yes, our delivery minimum is $25 but that does include our delivery fee. We also please ask that if you need more than $20 change that you let us know.

Why is delivery extra?

Our delivery surcharge goes towards covering the additional cost of bringing your pizza to you. Please note we just charge a flat fee, rather than adding on extra per pizza.

Can I get a delivery outside of your delivery areas?

Unfortunately not. We only have the two stores and we try to cover as much of Ipswich as we can while keeping delivery times as low as possible and even more importantly keeping pizza quality high. We do apologise if you fall outside these areas. If you would like a catering order and you are outside the area we may be able to help. Please call the store if you wish to discuss catering orders.

What Are Your Trading Times?

Open daily from 4pm, closing at 8:30 Sunday - Thursday and 9pm Friday - Saturday. We also open for lunch on Friday’s and Saturday’s from 11:30am-2pm.

Please note we do stop taking deliveries roughly 30 minutes before we close and pickups 10 minutes before we close.

What should I do if I am having trouble Ordering Online?

Sometimes our online ordering can be a little tricky, just give the store a call and one of our friendly staff will be more than happy to check on it for you.

Do you offer Half n Half Pizzas?

We sure do! Please note though that we only offer half ‘n’ half on large size pizzas. Half n half is $2 extra per pizza.

Do you offer Gluten Free Pizzas?

We sure do. All our pizzas can be made on our Gluten Free Base. We do have 3 toppings that contain Gluten: Ground Beef, Satay and Ranch Dressing. Never fear, we can always swap these for something else.

Please keep in mind that while we take all precautions, clean gloves, clean make equipment and clean knives, we cannot guarantee your pizza will be completely gluten free.

Are Your Pizzas Safe For People With Coeliac Disease?

Unfortunately our pizzas aren’t 100% safe for Coeliac’s. Almost all pizza stores who make their own dough in store can’t guarantee their pizzas will be completely safe. We do take as many safety precautions as possible, including clean spoons, baking paper on clean trays and cutting pizzas in the boxes with clean knives. However commercial pizza ovens cost upwards of $10,000 which makes it impossible for us to have a separate oven specifically for Coeliac Disease. With all that being said, we have never had any issues in the over 10 years we’ve been Eagle Boys and now Pizza Plus, though if you are very allergic to anything on our menu we do recommend not ordering.

Do you have Low Carb Bases?

This is another product we would love to offer. Unfortunately Coconut and Almond Flours can’t handle the high heats we cook our pizzas at. We’ve also tried to make bases from Egg and Cheese, we found this did not work. We’ve been trying to search for a cauliflower base that’s low enough in carbs for a Keto Diet and good enough value for you.

If you have any ideas please let us know. Just keep in mind that if we have to make them ourselves, it will have to be a fairly simple process that’s easy to repeat.

What sizes are your pizzas?

Our pizzas come in 4 different sizes:

Regular 9 inch base - 6 slices / Gluten Free 10 inch base - 8 slices / Large 12 inch base - 8 slices / Family 15 inch base - 12 slices

Gluten free pizzas are topped with the same amount of toppings as a large pizza. If you would like pizzas cut into other shapes or with more/less slices please feel free to ask us.
